My name is Jim.  I rode motorcycles in my younger days  but the thrill of the ride got lost when I went into the service.  I got married and  my wife and I had three boys.  Just before our oldest  7th birthday, he asked for a motorcycle.  I told my wife he couldn't be out there riding by himself, I needed to get a bike also.  Sounded good to me and she agreed.  The thrill was back.  We bought our padded safety gear and helmets and took to the trails.  As each boy grew into the next size bike, we had gone through mini racers, dirt bikes, 3-wheelers, quadrunners, and street and trails.  We even got my wife a Honda CB 200 with helmet, so she could join in on the fun.  Our boys are grown, married, have children of their own know, and they  also ride.  On a summer day ,our pasture  becomes a demo track .  The thrill has grown to our daughter-in-law and granddaughters and our  grandson is in motorcross.  In 2002,and at 60 years of age, my knees were giving me trouble so I triked our 95 Se Honda Goldwing.  With our camping and traveling we were riding about 20,000 miles a year on the bike, and triking made those miles a lot easier.  I thank God that my wife of 42 years still likes to ride with me.  It would not be as much fun without her.  We are  members of Goldwing  Road Riders and America Motorcycle Association. We also ride with the Christain Motorcycle Association local group and take in as many events and rallys as we can. We support Childrens Hospital , March of Dimes,  Ride for Kids Pediatric Brain Tumors and of course the Shrine Burn Hospital.  I am a Mason. We like to pass on the interesting rides we have been on so you can check them out yourself and riding tips on group riding and distance riding.  My wife is a member of the Motorcycle Awareness Division of GWRRA  and she does not pass up any opportunity to talk safety to any one that will listen.  With that, my wife would like to close with " Please don't ride any faster than your guardian angel can fly".
